Use
How Information May Be Used
Submitted information may be used to respond to the service request, contact the homeowner, route the request to an appropriate independent service provider, improve website performance, and measure phone or form conversions. This site may connect consumers with independent service providers to fulfill requests.
Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or unrelated information through the form. The site is intended for ordinary service-request details only.
Tracking
Cookies, Analytics, and Call Tracking
The current configuration does not include real analytics credentials. If Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, advertising pixels, or similar tools are added later, they may collect technical information such as page views, click events, device/browser details, referral source, and conversion events.
Phone links include tracking attributes so a future call-tracking provider can replace the displayed number or measure phone clicks. Form events include hooks for form start and submit tracking. These tools should be configured only with real account IDs and reviewed before launch.
Sharing
Sharing and Retention
Information may be shared with an appropriate service provider or technology service needed to respond to the request, deliver forms, host the website, provide analytics, or manage communications. No unsupported legal promises are made about retention periods or absolute security. Once a live form provider is selected, its policies should also be reviewed.
To update launch details such as form recipient, analytics, or tracking, edit the configuration file documented in the README.
Contact Preferences
Choices and Updates
Homeowners who submit a request can ask to be contacted through their preferred method. If a request was submitted in error, use the configured phone number or email address to ask for correction. Because the live form provider has not yet been selected, final deletion, retention, and opt-out workflows should be confirmed when that provider is connected.
